Homemade Whipped Cream
- 1 Qt. Sheeder Cloverleaf Dairy CREAM
- 6 T. sugar (more or less to your test)
- 2 t. vanilla (or almond flavoring)
- Chill mixing bowl and beater (whisk) well before beating
- Add cream to bowl, and whip until soft peaks form
- Gradually add the sugar, one tablespoon at a time, while beating continuously
- Add vanilla, and only beat until peaks are formed
**Be careful not to overbeat, or it will get buttery**
Batter for Fried Cheese Curds
- 1 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 6-8 oz. beer
- Mix batter up
- Put Sheeder Cloverleaf Dairy Cheddar Cheese Curds into batter
- Pull them out with a slotted spoon, and carefully put them into hot oil
- Cook until golden brown
- Remove curds from oil
- Place them onto a plate lined with paper towels
- Salt to taste and enjoy!!
