A little about our Special Process
Here at Sheeder Cloverleaf Dairy, we vat pasteurize our milk which is a lower temperature of 145 degrees held for 30 minutes instead of what most in the industry use. They choose to use the HTST (High Temperature Short Time) system. Some believe that with vat pasteurization, we are able to keep more of the goodness in the milk by not killing the milk completely. Our milk products are Grade A, pasteurized and homogenized.
